Convenient location in Tampa. We have stayed several times (usually about a week at a time). Great place. Clean. Very convenient location to get several different places.

Tempe is an RV park we live in it and it is very quaint everybody stays to themselves and people are very nice they have lots of amenities three pools one Spa they have a gym shower rooms laundry rooms and Community Halls to do events in kid friendly pet friendly would recommend to anyone wanting to do small living life.

The Oaks park is where I stayed. First of all the park was not lit up at All after dark, making it unsafe to walk in the park. The entry sign into the Oaks park is not illuminated at all either! It is extremely difficult to see the entry sign if it's after dark, making it a challenge for anyone who is unfamiliar with the park. The roads in the park are fairly narrow as well which makes navigation thru the park difficult. Needless to say I would not stay here again due to the above reasons as well as personal safety reasons after dark! The staff was very pleasant, but did not warn us that the entry to the park is poorly identified until you are right on the driveway!

Pointless to use the lock site payment. Prebooked our Christmas vacation months in advance, we had our hearts set on a certain site that they posted would be available. They relocated us because they moved a long term resident into THAT site. They weren't going to inform me of the change either! I caught the change and called to complain. Thanks for the refund. So far I'm unimpressed. 😒
