We had a wonderful stay at this RV park. While most of the park is occupied by full-time RVers staying long-term, everyone we met was incredibly friendly and respectful. If you have an RV over 40 feet, be prepared for a tight fit. Our RV is 43.5 feet, and although we had plenty of room at site 190, navigating the narrow roads meant occasionally driving over some grass. The park itself was well-maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. During our July visit, the pool was never crowded, offering a relaxing experience. Additionally, the laundromat was clean and conveniently located. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would recommend this park to others.

I liked this place at first. But after looking at the info packet my jaw dropped. The rules here are like no other campground. As a thousand trails member we have been to many rv parks and this is by far the most strict one. You have to walk your cats on a leash. Leashes must be 4 feet. No longer. You cannot have any type of clothesline. Not even an umbrella one. Can’t go in the pool if you have a bandaid or even a scratch. No trash pickup at all. No campfires. No fencing. All hoses must me on risers or encased. Your RV must be nice in appearance. As in no caulk on the outside, newer, nothing unsightly. No body damage to rv. Easy up structers such as shade tents can only be used for 7 days. This place is a concrete jungle and you’re packed in like sardines. Literally. There is absolutely no shade. And the pool is closed cause they thought it was a good idea to regular repairs in the beginning of the summer. The only good thing about winter quarters is the location. Nothing else.

This is a great RV park. The staff are very nice. Loved seeing all the families. The park is well maintained and very clean. I’m rating it a 4 because we were waaaay too big for the park. We are in a 44 ft toy hauler and were told on several occasions we wouldn’t have any problem getting in to the 90° site. We might have fit in other sites easier but site #180 is not for you if you’re over 40 ft. The roads are very narrow so it was extremely difficult. We did a 20 point turn but we got in only by backing over the parking block. Getting out was a little easier with the help of a few neighbors. I would definitely come back here with a smaller RV but not the one we’re in now. If you choose to stay here, you won’t regret it.

We stayed at WQP for 5 days so that we could attend the Tampa RV show. Our relatives also stayed. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the park and the upkeep. Despite being close to a major road, it was not noisy! We like the paved sites-those are always a plus. The bathroom close to the office are a little outdated, but clean. The pool area is nice😀 and there are some activities you can do while there. We had great neighbors and we really enjoyed our stay! Ladies in the office were very helpful! We will be back!
