Leslie stayed with us the entire time we were wating on a tow truck for our RV when we broke down at the entrance before Vacation Village & we were blocking traffic. She changed our site to make it easier for the tow truck to get us in. She is so kind & would do anything within reason to make your stay memorable. The residents & campers are just the best well-mannered pet owners. It's a beautiful park with shaded lots & pond. Pickle ball & volleyball courts. Cornhole, shuffleboard, & pool with gas & charcoal grills to use. And a community center for activities during the winter months. Love it here.

Very reasonable rates. A pretty full park of full timers. Sandy spots. Man in the office was super friendly and helpful. The park was quiet, no noisy people. Lots of cats roaming around and getting under vehicles. Central to a lot of things but most things we wanted to do were a 20-30 min drive so in hindsight we should’ve picked a part of the coast to stay and committed to that area to shorten our drive times.

Leslie & all her wonderful staff make this place awesome! Well kept and maintained. The pool has been well cared for. Gas & charcoal grill. All kinds of outdoor activities you can do! We absolutely love it here!

Love it here! Leslie is the best park manager ever. She takes her job and guests very seriously. The park is always clean, quiet and the atmosphere is so so beautiful. The only reason why I give it 4 stars is because it has a bad outdoor cat infestation. They poop/pee everywhere, crawl under your house, over your roof and have loud fights at night. It can get very frustrating. That’s my only big complaint. Other than that, the park is wonderful.

Great clean place! Nice pool - clean laundry room - close to everything as it is in town on a buy street but you can’t hear it as we off the road - I will be back
