My husband and I moved our RV here in October. Tammy is the manager and is very helpful. Maintenance is always working on keeping the park clean. They have done a ton of work cleaning up some of the lots that weren't being taken care of by whoever was staying on it. The park is quiet, and everyone minds their own business. It would be perfect if the lots were a little bigger and there were sheds on the lots but we are very happy here.

The new owners are slum lords. The washers steal your money , the dryers don't dry . No refunds. The manager will lie to your face with a smile. Don't trust anyone. The water is undrinkable , more boil water notices than I've ever seen. When it rains it's a mud pit & if you have pets the fleas are horrendous. flea treatments don't work. Another thing , Tammy the manager is a liar. No amenities , no activities , not a place for kids.

Lots are kinda small. Community bathrooms are decent enough. Clubhouse was very spacious with lots of seating. Could use a little maintenance though. Overall it's not a bad place to park your RV for a while.

This cozy little park is a great place to live. I don't live here, but someone I know does. And it seems like a pretty chill place to reside. It's got a laid back feel what with the tree coverage and the residents seem cool. I haven't had any issues. It feels like I'm in Ocala National Forrest or something. Real Nature Boy vibes, Whooooo!
