Well this place was fun until everything changed. Now the price is ridiculous. Everything was amazing and family all had cabins together. Now we all can’t be close and we will no longer be going. We loved decorating but as far as I know all the cabins who decorate are no longer going.. now some company owns it and the whole family thing is gone. Don’t waste your money!! It was fun while it lasted!

This is most we have ever paid for an RV Park. $70/night. We decided to save $8/night and just go with water and electric. Park is definitely showing it’s age. There are a lot of renovations that are needed. While the restrooms and showers seem clean, the shower stalls are extremely small (Smaller than our RV shower). Also, park is very dark at night. No street lights if you are walking dog or visiting family on other side of park as we did. Although it did feel like safe neighborhood a little lighting on the paths would be nice. Park is very quiet at night which is a plus. The staff seemed nice at check-in. Park roads and some sites have a lot of potholes. RV sights are small, close together, not very level, and the grass was kind of long. This park is close to Opryland Hotel and 20 minutes to downtown. There are other choices available so we probably will not stay here again unless major improvements made.

We had 5 camping sites and 3 cabins with our family. But we did not enjoy the staff at this campsite. They were very rude! The kids had a great time and admit that the activities for them are great but that is about the only thing that was good from this camping trip. First, once we arrived all but 1 of our families got charged more because there had been a price change AFTER we had already reserved and paid for for all of our sites and cabins on 01/14/17. When we asked why we were charged more they said that the new prices were not put in yet when we reserved, sorry that's not our fault and that means you lost that money, but them knowing that pulling a trailer and driving from 4 states over that we didn't really have much of a choice got away with it. Second, The staff fly through the park on their golf carts pulling up all the dust with no regard to children that may be running in between the campers. Third, inflated prices on everything 1 bundle of wood cost $10!! Fourth, we had an issue with the AC in one of the cabins and the maintenance staff was very rude about it and acted like we just decided to break it. He literally raised his voice and said "this is a brand unit, it shouldn't have done this unless something happened to it", to the guest. Keep the shop talk to yourself when your frustrated with a guest at the park. The manager in the office is just as rude and it almost seems like she gets enjoyment out of getting people all worked up, a little too into her power, I'd say. Overall, we will not be coming back and we will tell everyone we know that they shouldn't come either.

We stayed from January through April 2019. The staff was great. They were always working to maintain and improve the park, and take care of their visitors. It was a great place to transition to Nashville from Florida. The staff was friendly, caring and available when needed. The ice cream shop has some fun merchandise clothes and toys, a few groceries items, and various other things that might be needed for a camping trip. There is also a community room with activities and toys which were great for rainy days. Many visitors used the shuttle service (additional fee). The gated keeps down unnecessary traffic and our family always felt safe at the park. Jackie was wonderful from the first call to the day we left!

Awesome staff, especially Janet! Came down from Michigan for our 1st time stay in Nashville. We were booked for Thursday until Sunday, to meet up with family from Texas. The cabin we booked had an electrical problem and no power. Janet put us in the glamping cabin (beautiful) for Thurs.and Friday nights while they repaired the wiring in the cabin (also nice) we booked. The awesome part is that Janet refunded all our money for those nights due to the inconvenience. We were very impressed with how she had no problem giving us the nights free even though the electrical issue was due to what they believe was squirrels chewing wires, something beyond their control. She went above and beyond to take care of us and because of the excellent customer service we will definitely stay here again. Ended up staying Sun too. I will recommend this park to everyone. On a side note, we didn't have any kids with us, but there are many fun activities for kids inside the park and they even had trick or treating on Sat. evening. Definitely a family friendly park.
