Nice little tucked away gem of a place. Huge camping site and picnic area. The beach area is a must-see that offers swimming and fishing opportunities. Life guards are on duty in the summer. You can take long walks on the beach, just enjoying nature. Great place for rock collectors like myself. Overall, this is a nice, well-maintained beach park.

I was over the weekend at wild woods state park at the camping area there and I love it, and the beach is clean as well, I would recommend any one to go there cause It’s so relaxing and comfortable and the workers were very helpful. Bathroom are clean and the camp ground was very clean and maintain. No one bothers u are make any troubles with u at this park. Every one is there for their own enjoyment. I will definitely be coming back soon.

The place is very far first of all. I live in long island but this is like 1.5 hours away from me. The water is very calm but very rocky. Most of the people there are camping or fishing and having picnics. The water is all the way to the foot of the mountain. The place is clean and comfortable with so many trees. Its quiet and peaceful.

Great camping site for first time campers! The bathrooms are clean and well-ventilated and there is a little store that sells snacks and camping necessities. The forest is peaceful and the trail is easy. And the beach is a walk away! My only complaint is that people can get a little noisy at night. Idk if this site had quiet hours; but if they do, the rangers didn't enforce it properly.....

Beautiful beach but the water was a bit dirty and I went during September so I didn't go in the water obviously because of the cold.. anyhow there's a balcony of sorts and they have benches and a small stand where you can buy snacks and if I remember right there was a gift shop. The main area away from the beach there were benches with table and some grills. There was also another small stand where you can buy things, men bathing suit, lighter, slushies, coffee, popsicles, basically a lot of things and they accepted both cash and card which was something I was glad about. Apparently there's tick around so I would definitely recommend wearing non revealing clothing. The bathroom were super clean which was a surprise since bathrooms are known to be dirty.. It is somewhat big although!
