The service desk and entrance personnel were great. The room was nice and clean, but the property ( pools, hot tubs, pool area, grilling areas, tables, chairs, tennis courts, etc) were all amazing!!!! Loved spending the day enjoying the clean, well kept area, and very well kept pools and hot tubs. The pictures on their website doesn't do it justice.

The power and water is shut off a lot in the summer. They just give excuses about repairs being made. The front office avoids you and the manager Jeffrey doesn't return phone calls. I would not recommend unless you like sweating a lot.

To your thousand trails member(stupid expensive) I was sold free camping all over California, Arizona, Florida, and up the East Coast. Time has shown that this is a lie. I made my reservation, showed up 2 weeks later after driving 18 hours from Merced, CA. I got a phone call en route to confirm I was still gonna check in that day. I arrive and add I'm waiting patiently, I watch as the desk lady brushed about being able to just waive the rules. The conversation at the desk was to allow another guest's grandchildren to stay in a park model home. 9 of them. 3 in this bedroom 3 in another and 2 in the couch, her description. I am waiting patiently for my turn. The lady at the desk didn't say good day, afternoon, evening, nuttin. Sure asked how old I am. I replied 45. Sure stayed that the campground is 55+ only. See previous conversation. She then got extremely rude while telling me I can't stay there. I said ok and turned around. Sure then proceeded to try to pick a flight with me(verbal). I have excellent ipc skills and didn't let it affect me. I left after saying good day to her still running her mouth. As I was walking to my truck, I looked around. Other than the 3 employees in the lobby, the man at the front gate, and the previous customer, I was the oldest person in sight. My field of view was pushing 1000'. I'm sure I'll get zero calls to possibly resolve this issue. DO NOT GET THE THOUSAND TRAILS MEMBERSHIP FOR 4500 DOWN PAYMENT, 300/MONTH TO CLOSE OUT THE MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT, AND$100/MONTH FOR DUES. THIS IS A SCAM. customer service said bummer, both times I called. The first two was very polite about it, the second one was horrible. I'm currently paying over $400/month for free camping that I can't even use. I travel for work, not pleasure. Thank you for the professionalism THOUSAND TRAILS

Decent for a couple days. Full sun, not much direction on where/how to park my RV, sewer backed up/blocked, power pedestal didn't work(had to try 3 before I found one functional).

We stayed for two weeks in our Fifth Wheel Rv. The sites are good size with plenty of room. Hook ups were great, water pressure, electric and sewer, no issues at all. There are lots of amenities like 3 pools, pickle ball and tennis courts, a very nicely equipped gym and a fantastic restaurant on site. The folks at the front desk were very helpful and the security guys at the gate were very good. We were here from June 30th until July 14th, the weather was atrocious, 107 or above every day with a low around 80. We have two air conditioners in the RV and had to hook up a portable and even then we were not able to keep the inside temp under 85. The wind storms that pop up out of nowhere cause lots of damage if you’re not ready for them. We had our awning out and the wind came so quick that we could not get it in before it bent both arms beyond repair. Mobile techs removed the awning for a charge of $300. A couple days later we had a dust storm and again the wind was very strong, enough to take both of our Trek bicycles down breaking the kick stand off of one and ripping the break cable out of the other. Not to mention the scratched up paint and bent fenders. Although the unfortunate weather has little to do with the resort, you would think they would give a little more warning during registration. If it were not for the horrible weather I would have probably give 5 stars. Think twice about staying here in summer months.
