Trailside RV Park was clean but crowded, small spaces, great as a stop over. Lady at check-in was nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. Bathroom was modern and clean. Didn't use the laundry, but I'm glad it was available. They were full when we visited so I was glad we made reservations. It is close to KC off I70 and easy to get to I35 and home. We would stay at Trailside again. Thanks!

Checking in was probably the best service I have ever experienced and it was after hours - she texted me and even put out a cone at our campsite to help us find it. My biggest complaints are that our campsite had no fire pit and no picnic table, the sites were very very close together - I could almost touch my neighbors from our camper, the sewer hookups were up hill and that made things very challenging. We actually left as soon as we could and did call the office to provide the above feedback and to request a refund for the second night. They did offer to move us; however, none of their campsites have fire pits and all of the hookups we saw were up hill and there was little space between campsites. Their policy is no refunds. Sounds like they are still working on enhancements and would recommend other travelers skip this one until their enhancements are done.

Really nice park. Very quiet, comfortable. Owners were great ! Very much like family and we were only there 2 days ! Granddaughters loved the pool and our dog loved the dog park. Close to everything ! Convenient toKC.

We love staying here on our way to and returning from Arizona every year. The hospitality in the office is great, especially from the little furry buddies! Thanks again for the wonderful stay!
