Had the most wonderful time here. Cabin was perfect space size for fiance and I. Very peaceful nights and mornings. Heat and AC worked great, so clean! The staff really care about taking care of the cabins. I love the fact it came with cooking utensils and soap and sponge to clean dishes after. Beautiful time I love it would definitely come back. We seen a coyote on site, went by the stream, about 10 mins down the road is Los Angeles national forest, so beautiful we loved it. Thanks for making us feel welcome. I love the fact that we get to enter a pass code for the door instead of worrying about a key. If you’re thinking about staying here , do it !!!

The recreation area has many toys and games available for the little ones. I love this place! My son and daughter had the time of their lives and made really good friends. We are great full for this campsite to give us a great experience and allow us to make long lasting friends. Keep up the great work! 🙏👍🙌🏻

I am writing to express my growing concern regarding the increasing issue of speeding within the Acton Soledad campground. As a member who regularly stays at this location, I am deeply worried about the safety of children who are often riding bikes, playing, and using scooters around the campground, particularly near the playground areas. The office staff at Acton Soledad have been responsive and caring, diligently noting member accounts when issues are reported. Despite their efforts, it seems that no effective actions are being taken at the camp level to address and correct this serious issue. The lack of progress is troubling, especially given the potential danger it poses to young campers. Additionally, there is a noticeable absence of visible security personnel patrolling the campground. This lack of security presence contributes to the speeding problem, as there is no immediate deterrent for those who disregard the rules. One significant problem is the absence of adequate signage and educational measures to inform and remind members of the campground’s speed limits and safety rules. Proper signage and frequent reminders about these rules are essential in ensuring the safety of all members and their families. I strongly urge Thousand Trails Corporate to take immediate and decisive action to address this issue. Implementing clear speed limit signs throughout the campground, along with educating members about the importance of adhering to these limits, would be a substantial step towards enhancing safety. Additionally, enforcing these rules strictly and ensuring a visible security presence would help mitigate the risk of accidents and injuries. The safety and well-being of all members should be a top priority. I hope you will consider this matter with the urgency it deserves and take the necessary measures to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone at Acton Soledad. Thank you for your attention to this important issue.

So first I want to make it very that Rhonda and several of the other staff including Tom, Dav and I can't remember the other names are very professional and helpful. I have only been a Elite member a short time and was feeling that I made the right choice to stay here at Acton. ? However someone made efforts to break into my vehicle, and all I got told was to go to the local sheriff and do a report. ( no security). And someone messed with my trailer yesterday while I was gone. I've made it very clear to surrounding Rv'ers that I keep nothing of value in any of them. However I feel very offended that this even happens here. The long term'ers should keep this kind of behavior in check !!!?? I also noticed people/ regulars speeding all the time and it should not be the norm. None of this is acceptable. I'm urging the management to address these issues and make sure members feel secure at all times. I don't like leaving negative reviews, however it appears ? If you read past reviews for the past year it's a pattern 🤔 ( absolutely unacceptable)!!!! I will end on a positive. The location is great ! And as I said there are staff that really are awesome. I will say as a member if there's any way I can be of service to help improve our community of camps / Rv locations I'm absolutely in !!!

I'm writing this review again because I have many concerns. I went September 9th-16th 2024 on going in a cabin (I have a cabin pass) one cabin bed was broken, both the adult pool and kid pool including the spa close at dusk (7ish). Both of the lodges now close at dusk. In the time that I went the adult one would be closed about 7:30 and the kid lodge would be closed about 5:30. The only reason I can think they do this is because they don't have any overnight staff anymore which brings up concerns of safety. There is also a huge speeding problem I would go walking and almost every car was going faster than 10mph. The whole point of one of these camps is the amenities if I can't use them what is the point.
