We stayed there from the end of Aug until Oct in 2009 Country Coach. We had to leave early due to a family emergency. Kim stayed they would honor the remaining weeks we paid for when we needed to be in the area again. I called today & the lady I spoke with stayed they didn't allow RVs over 10 years old to be there no matter the condition. And therefore I was lying about staying there. I am disputing the charges with my credit card company! That should get the owners attention since the lady today refused to ask them.

We're new to the RV scene and needed a safe area to test out our new RV. The RV Resort was quite helpful and gave us excellent advice as we embark on this new trip. Check-in was simple, and they even followed in on us to ensure we were getting along well. It was easy to find, convenient to our needs, and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Excellent site to see. It comes highly rated and has a wonderful family environment.

Great Location. Kim the Manager is a lovely lady but she does not manager the park. People get away with do much there. We had to ask for rules and after reading them we were very disappointed on 99% of rules were no enforced. Seasonals had junk all around their trailers, people working on vehicles (engine Hoists with motors on them) , we saw multiple 20 lb. Propane tanks under trailers...OMG the speed. The speed limit was ridiculous for a campground and nobody obeyed it, even the maintenance crew. I saw FedEx Driver flying through park and yelled at him...he just kept going until 3 kids stepped out. Thank goodness nobody got hurt. I asked for a picnic table 3 times and never received one. I asked to have holes filled and that took forever. Seniors and we could have broken a leg or something. We left another park because the amenities they stated were not there. Kim assured me the internet would be better. Why advertise you have internet if you can't even check email. I even paid to upgrade and it was no better. Thankfully I got my money back. I seen on the reviews it was well maintained.....ong grass and mostly weeds is not well maintained and dog Poop containers not emptied regularly. The septic smell behind Laundry/washrooms was unbearable when we walked our digs. It was our last stop until we were heading home and couldn't wait to leave. We met some lovely people and the dog park was really nice but again not well maintained. Would we go back? NO!

I was lucky to find this place. The staff, grounds, facilities and neighbors are all ideal. So far I’ve extended my 1 night stay into 2 months. If you’re lucky enough to find this place I’m sure you’ll love it too. I appreciate the staff, thoughtful & fair rules that make this place so quiet and clean. It’s just the right distance for those who want to visit friends or family in DFW but don’t want to live there. Oh and there are 3 RV places very close for inspections, repairs or purchasing upgrades.

First off this place is a great place for your RV. Kristie was very helpful and always communicated in a timely manner. Place is quiet and clean. Very kid friendly place. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is hesitating about trying it out.
