Walking distance to everywhere needed. Great location. Needs some maintenance but everything worked. Circus circus definitely needs some love and you don't need to walk through it necessarily. Right across the new fountain Bleu. And next to the Conrad. Both great hotels. Close to the Wynn Encore which are correctly the best.

This dumpster fire is $90 plus a $35 hidden resort fee. Self check-in is a joke. Called the desk for help and no one answered. I finally parked and plugged in, then left to get some food. When I got back, their breaker surged and my AC was off. The motorhome was hotter than Hades. Thank God my doggy wasn't in there or he would be dead!!!!!! Surge messed up medical equipment we must have. Not to mention it took all night to cool down. TOTALLY UNSAFE AND HORRIBLE. Repairs needed everywhere. All the bathrooms (except one men's room) were out of order. No ADA-compliant way to exit the facility with your rig. I will never ever go back. I'd rather stay off the strip and Uber in. 👎🏻👎🏻

RUN DOWN NEEDS MAINTENANCE They will charge you an additional $35/day resort fee making it over $120 / night for a parking lot. There is NO LAUNDRY and NO JACUZZI as advertised. Half the bathrooms are closed and the place is not well maintained. There is a basic pool, but you have to call for code. It is quiet, clean and safe. There is no staff on site. For the price and what we got, I would not stay there again.

We came just before summer season so was real quiet. Easy access. Nothing fancy just a sea of concrete but if you want to park near the strip with your Rv this is the place. The bathrooms near us were closed so we had to walk clear across to office to use the amenities they were clean and secure.

Utterly trashed parking space, not an RV park. There is no one present for check in or security. Automated check in kiosk will not work because the emailed confirmation # is different from the hotel's internal system, so expect to hike 1km to the lobby. Employees had no idea there was a gate code for RV entry, so no help there. See photos for some dried blackwater spill that was never cleaned up. If you can get on Nellis AFB, their spotless, fully functioning RV park is only $27/night.
