I have lived here for two years now and I find it good enough for 4 stars. Tankless water heaters for the bath houses. A pool that's always nice. Laundry machines are good. The store is decent enough, sells beer, drinks, and ice cream, among some other little things. They will help you with your mail and verify it's for you. The Ranch house is pretty nice. Great location. Only cons are all the gravel, lack of grass, and lousy landscaping company.

I have a small cabin. Just enough room for me while I work in Fort Worth. Park is super clean, and very quite. Pool area is nice. A little warm but it is in Texas with 100 degrees plus temps. Bath houses are nice, laundry room is very efficient. Only complaints I have is AC unit is loud. Works great but loud, and yhe mattress topper is hollowed out in the middle. Other than that, this is a beautiful place to visit. Long term or short term. You can't go wrong.

My hubby and I have stayed at many RV places working on the road. This one is TOP Notch ! Loved that it has COVERED spots to get RV out of the boiling sun if you’d like. Clean!!!! Quiet (even though off highway and in a busy area. Let me say that I checked out Laundry room and it was PERFECT! My only complaint was it was like a meat locker at 10 pm last night lol. It was super clean and smelled great. Very impressive Note: they have a lot of rules, but it’s what keeps park clean and neat and 💗 love it. Excited about our stay and adventures here.

My family has gone there for many years. We host a reunion, and always get the meeting room for free, as long as we bought a certain amount of cabins and camp sites. This year we were told to pay. We had to pay extra for some to get in the pool. The prices have gone through the roof. We will not be back.

Placed reservation. Told them I was a good Sam’s member. Charged me full price 4 2 days. With NO discount. Called n 2 ask abt that. Veryyyyyyyyy rude. They canceled my reservation. Will not every recommend them 2 anyone.
