We were greeted by two of the friendliest people who immediately made us feel at home. The park is beautiful, with spacious lots. Clean manicured lots, hard pack parking with a picnic table provided on the lawn. Quiet evenings, restaurants, groceries, and motor fuels are available within 2.5 miles. A gem of a park in San Antonio Tx.

I've stayed here many times over the past few years and it's always a good experience. It's peaceful and quiet, with full hookups and sites for rigs of every size. Cindy and the other ladies are always very accommodating, helpful, professionally friendly, and polite. It's very easy to receive packages here. Office, showers, restrooms, and laundry rooms are always clean and well-stocked with supplies. Sam and the other gentlemen on the grounds are also very helpful and friendly.

Location is ok, but difficult to pull out if you need to go left leaving the park. The entire park is on a hill, which makes getting level challenging. Our hook ups were archaic and possibly dangerous. Office staff was rude, but I can understand why she would hate her job. Bathhouse/facilities were “recently” updated but very poorly maintained and always dirty/not cleaned. As mentioned in numerous other reviews, the grounds keeper was aggressive and creepy. My wife wanted to take our kids inside anytime he came through our area, which seemed to be multiple times an hour. Ownership/management was friendly, I guess, but incredibly unhelpful and very condescending. Keep moving, nothing to see here. Many, many better RV parks in the area. Cannot recommend staying here for any length of time. Avoid.

Had a great 3-month stay at this park. All the staff were very friendly and responded right away to any requests for assistance or otherwise. They stayed busy and on the job each day making sure all was running smoothly and in good shape. We moved to a different site with a larger yard-sized lot after a camping neighbor moved out and we really enjoyed that extra space. The sites are gravel, and some not real level but we have auto-leveling so not a problem. Sites have a stretch of grass which varies in size depending on where you are. The gentleman (Sam) who provided the grounds/lawn maintenance always made sure the grass throughout the park was kept nice and mowed frequently. He was very helpful with assisting me when parking the RV and when moving it again to the bigger site. The office is very nice and has a convenient mailroom area for mail and packages for those that use that service. I thought their prices were very reasonable for a nice park with all the amenities offered. No traditional playground but a nice pool, indoor gym, and clubhouse. There are laundry rooms (very reasonable prices!), restrooms, and fenced dog yards at each end of the park. ALL the indoor areas had ice-cold AC, too, which is a huge plus in Texas! Overall, it was reasonably priced, well-maintained, safe, and the staff was attentive. The only inconvenience was the park's entrance/exit can be tricky during heavy-traffic times. But, being on a major arterial also puts you closer to all the businesses and services you might need. Excellent large grocery stores, Walmarts, many restaurants, drug stores, etc, etc, are all nearby. If I travel back through, this is the park I will stay at again
