A few days ago I had went to a lady's house to help her clean up some things. It wasn't going to take me long so my husband and two kids came along and stayed in the car. Well little did my husband know but he ran our battery dead. We needed to get home, we had two kids that were hungry and it was just a mess. My husband went to a couple houses to see if they could help us jumpstart our car. No one could do he just came back to the lady's house and we started to call some people. Shortly this man showed up. And he asked us if we were going door to door and I said yes we need help with our car. And he threw a fit. He was asking the woman if she knew who we were and if it was okay we were with her and she's a really good friend of mine 2 years now. And he was saying how we should be left outside. And he was saying how we shouldn't have went door to door. We went to 4 houses we needed to get home. He was so ignorant. I repeatedly apologized and I didn't know we couldn't go door to door. I mean anyone would have what's wrong with that? And he continued to be insulting and was yelling in my face and it was a horrible experience I don't even live there and it was the first time I've ever been there and we were treated horribly. We are all hearing impaired and he really treated us with discrimination. It was not appreciated at all. We were just trying to get home.

Rented there for 9 years and while Herb was still alive and Terry was in charge, it was nice. After Herb passed and Terry was let go, things changed for the worse. Repairs were neglected, the pool was filled in with a promise of an outdoor area with picnic tables, etc. Never materialized. The clubhouse is now unusable and not accessible. The owners are rude and deceptive. Glad I’m outta there.

Use to be a great place for senior citizens on a fixed income. Now it seems they keep raising the rent every six months, took away the swimming pool, charge for water. Water was included in the rent before.

My grandmother has lived here for years, and over the years it has changed. It seems like everyone is everyone's business. I visit her very often and wish Herb was still in charge.
