Dear Owner/mgt. I have read the reviews, and I am impressed by the fact that you don’t let the bad reviews hinder your rules and regulations that keep this park the great that it is! Keep up the good work! The bottom line is that this is an adult only, pet-free place to camp/live; that only allows campers that are less than 20 yrs old. You, as owner/managers have the right to make those decisions and stand your ground. 😄

Great Place to live away from the city. No frills just the basics, more room than most and the best rates around. They do not cater to vacationers and those passing thru but to those who will stay here by the month long term. Road noise from nearby highway but you get use to it after awhile.

Great full timer RV park, very quiet, stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys - if your lucky enough to get a spot! Its family owned and it shows with their pleasant disposition and attention to the needs of their tenants. Lots of local wildlife, crisp views of the stars at night and it's relatively shielded from the hazardous weather that's abundant to Southeastern Colorado by the mountains on three sides. It's about 5/6 miles to the local shopping center and about 15 minutes away from Old Town Colorado. There's not much on the amenities side of the house but its full hook-up and they're tailored for full-timers, it is not a KOA for the passer through-ers.

I have stayed at Sunview for over a year and there is no better place in the Springs. You will not find a more welcoming environment with people that go out of their way to make you feel at home. I recommend this place to anyone that asks.
