I use to work here and live here. Do not move here unless you like continuous plumbing issues where the sewage backs up on a regular basis. Corners are cut continuously. Employees are let go of they do things correctly.The maintenance crew never cleans up after sewage back ups and will leave sewage and toilet paper on the ground and under the units. Their "repairs" are the furthest thing from an actuall repair. Old parts are pulled from condemned units and put in occupied units rather than buying new materials. The rent is outrageous for the barely standing units they rent. This park was very nice about 25 years ago but man has it seriously gone down hill since then. And the park roads flood every time it rains because they haven't cleared the street drains properly in over 30 years.

I have read some very bad reviews for my park but those people have not lived here as long as I have. I have been here for 30 years and I feel safe , have been very comfortable and follow the rules. Do you think maybe those people do not want to follow the rules. The only thing I see wrong is our security gate is not up yet to keep people that do not want to follow the rules. Please come see our park then compare to a couple around us. Thanks for listening I like my Park

Unit was rented to us dirty, the carpets made our socks black on the first day. I went in to amend the move in inspection due to this and the manager would not sign. I called the Regional Ana and let her know of the situation. She said she would review and get back to me and never did. Now upon move out, my mother was in the process of passing and had to be transported, they want to charge for the few days that it took for the company to come get the medical equipment, charging me for cleaning although I provided a receipt for 4 hours of cleaning (AGAIN the unit was filthy when we moved in) wants to charge $100 for a pet because she said they found cat litter and a bottle of dog Shampoo (we brought my moms dog over one day and gave her a bath) Not one care that my mother passed within less than a week of us leaving the unit. Not one care that sewage kept backing up into the unit 5 times in one week and continued to weekly after. I am in the business myself and am completely appalled at how little they care when you are in the unit but want to nickel and dime when you move out under very hard circumstances. Not to mention my mother had her own unit there for over 20 years. Also no Manager on-site just a Regional that comes for a couple hours a couple times a week. I would have given no stars if it would have let me.

I bought a home here almost many years ago. I wouldn't buy here again. It went from a nice clean, quiet senior park to a park with trash everywhere, windows have be boarded up after evictions. Flooding in the streets, loud trucks revving engines at 4 am, thefts and no rules or community anymore.

I live here it’s quiet there is no drama my kids play outside and we go on walks all the people that love here a really friendly. Managers and maintenance are awesome I been here a year I love it they work with you in any and every situation if you are up front. No complaints
