Decent location with good amenities, however, I reserved a spot for the week as I am running from hurricane Milton. I had to check out after two days because the entire park is covered in dead trees. Expecting hurricane force winds prompted me to leave for my safety after 2 nights. Long story short. They would not refund my additional nights with a hurricane moving south of the park. Very disappointed in management to gouge customers like that during a hurricane.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Sunny Oaks RV Park is clean, quiet and well maintained! My lot was perfectly level. The neighbors are great, friendly and quiet. Bath house and laundry room is centrally located, spotlessly clean and well-maintained. A food truck comes by once a week. Small shop with some RV supplies and snacks (at convenience store prices). Mailroom and delivery area work. Small play ground for the kids. I wish there were more amenities, like a pool, but even without it, I strongly recommend this place!

Very nice, clean, quiet place to stay. Some spots with shade trees. Indoor and outdoor showers, laundry and mail room. Everything you need, now they just need you to come visit and stay awhile. Heard they are gonna put up a huge American Flag to show their American pride! It will be REALLY nice once they get that installed. 🇺🇲😍🇺🇲

We stayed here for 3 months. It's quiet and very well maintained. Patty is very kind and friendly. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is the laundry room, not enough washers and dryers for such a big park. Other than that, everything is great. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place. We have stayed here several times, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Park is well kept. Laundry and bathrooms were very clean. We will be back!
