The pictures and info online are from many years ago. Reality is clubhouse was condemned close to 1 and 1/2 years ago. Dirty portable bathrooms. Rickety Pavillion. Cracked cement on sites if any platform at all. They charge a 3% of total month for paying by card but refuse any other forms of payment. Place is always a mess. They allow large aggressive dogs, claiming they're all service animals but aren't at all. The top management are nasty and they can't keep staff for more than a month at a time because of it. It's a multi million dollar company who does not care about the residents...just the money. Pool area is old and cracked. Any activities listed online don't exist( snowbirds used to provide things, but they won't allow them to rent anymore)

I noticed a huge difference with how the park looked and how they’re trying to better themselves . Again, Derek was helpful and very nice . We loved the pool and how relaxing it felt !! Great job guys on the improvement !!!

One of the worst places we have ever stayed. Not staffed on the weekends so we were left to find our site on our own. Full of long termers - one of which yelled at us while we were trying to find our site and she then drove over the top of a tent on another site and hit our truck mirror as she pushed past us to get her ice cream in her freezer. I’m not making this up. Pool is filthy, shower and toilet block is condemned so they have port-a-potties and mobile shower block instead. The place is overrun with cats and there are fleas in the grass that caused my animals to break out in itchy scabs. Every concrete pad is broken and falling away at the edges. Sites are uneven, I have no idea how larger rigs managed to park. Rain for two days turned the entire park into a swamp. Location on busy US-19 right next to PAWN MAX (should have been an indication the place is a dump) with druggies and a homeless encampment right outside the front gate. One star for Cathy in the office who was lovely and helpful. And one star for being next door to a small state park so there was at least somewhere to walk the dogs. Fine for a night or two if you’re desperate. But there’s a reason this place has open spots for last minute bookings.

Laundry facilities are good bathrooms available on site. Some mornings are a bit noisy with dogs barking. Is very quiet at night, easy to sleep. The office manager is friendly, but they do not hold packages.

Great RV park in the heart of Port Richey. Staff is some of the kindest individuals we've ever met. Sites were big enough. All sites are FH. It was easy to pull in and to leave the campground as well. Pricing is FAIR, which is not common around here. If we visit the area again, this is the only place we will stay!
