Convenient location for our needs. Mostly permanent residents. Manager was pleasant and helpful but the facilities (restroom and shower) was less than desirable. Only used the toilet for urinating. Definitely did not want to sit for other business. Will seek a different location on our next trip out west.

Great for a two night stay. Met our needs perfectly. Manager was a super nice and very accommodating lady.Im giving this a 5 because of her. The park itself has a lot of long termers and some have piled up junk and trash. Owner needs to clean up the park and facilities.

I stayed here for approximately 10 months. I only used the bathroom facilities maybe twice in the whole time cuz they were either broke or disgusting. It takes forever to get to be able to use the laundry facilities as in days. The manager was not professional at all. She complained daily about the black mold in the office killing her, her hip, general health and people breaking into her trailer stealing her things. She constantly gossiped about other employees and residents about their personal business. I came home one night and she had dug plants out of the side yard right outside my door and left big holes. Called and sent text in middle of the night that didn't make sense. Constantly asking me to borrow things and help her do things around the park but never compensated me or returned borrowed things. Potholes everywhere. Would not recommend anyone ever stay here.

DON'T STAY HERE! BE WARNED! DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is filled with full timers that are clearly meth heads! You will have homeless walking by your RV at all hours of the day and night! The owners obviously do not care about this place or maybe they are in the meth business as well.. the lady that runs the office does nothing but complain to whoever will listen, about never getting a day off.. but the park is in such disarray, I'm not sure what she does.. please don't do it! They want 200$ a week! For a laundry room used by the homeless all night, for a guy that cuts wood, with a chainsaw, at midnight, for a manager lady that burns only God knows what all day (she says it's just wood, but wood don't smell like plastic and other nasty things.). This place is trash and the city needs to shut it down!

The staff was friendly BUT I'M NOT happy with my stay here. The park looked dirty and run down, everyone staying there looked like they all did or still do drugs. You have homeless people sleeping around the parameters of the park, and during the night they come in to go through the trash. They have very limited spots available and because of that we were put right on the slab that people use to walk to the front office. So night and day we had people walk less than an arms length from our trailer. Our sewer line was new when we went there but when we left we had this weird one that was broken in many different places makes me feel like someone switched out our blackwater line. A tree fell on another man's trailer and they had another guy working to cut it up and remove it, fine.... But the guy was out there past midnight with a chainsaw cutting branches! Past MIDNIGHT!!!! WITH A CHAINSAW!!! we had no privacy, no space, and the amenities were not worth $200 a WEEK!! No pool, the laundry room was AWFUL, no chill areas for adults and no extra showers or restrooms. So why do much? For what? It should be less like $89 a week or less. I'm not happy with the stay, I feel like I paid to live in a trashy trailer park the kind which everyone makes fun. If you stay here you can maybe count on sewer and water and internet. The three basics.
