This was strategically placed right in between Galveston and Houston so there was easy access to both areas for work or leisure. I cannot say enough about the staff and facilities at this location. Everyone was so welcoming and nice the entire trip, and even though I had planned to checkout, I extended my stay twice. The accommodations and extras mounted up from the very beginning, A gated community, everything felt very safe and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. From the Lazy River to the Mini Golf course and clubhouse, there was always something to do. I will definitely be back and look forward to it already.

We stayed there for just over a month. Great neighbors and the staff are super friendly. It's a great little gem out in the country with a pool, hot tub and lazy river. We were, unfortunately there when the hurricane hit. Rode it out in our camper. There was a lot of trees down and debris but the staff had it cleaned and back up and looking good in no time! We'll deffinately stay there the next time we're in the area

Overall it's good, with good amenities. Pool is a bit too small for the amount of RV spots. Lazy river is really nice but it gets crowded easily. For me the biggest improvement they can make is paving the roads and/or make sites in concrete. There is dust everywhere. It's hard to walk over rocks on your site and on the road. We had tall grass in our site when we arrived.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at St. Ives! This is truly a hidden gem. The sites were well spaced and plenty long for even the largest RV’s. The campground was quiet even with activities constantly going on. A great mix of weekenders and full-time residents. Very clean park. Some great amenities like mini golf and a lazy river, but overall not a lot of frills. There is never something not going on to be a part of. Close enough to town, but far enough to feel the peace and quiet. After a less pleasant experience at a park nearby, this was a great stay! All of the above mentioned are nice, but the absolute best part of St. Ives is the people! Fantastic office staff, and great guests! We travel the country full-time, and honestly… this is one of our favorite stops hands down! If there is any drawback, it would be the gravel roads and sites. The dust is sometimes annoying, but this is easily overlooked with how great everything else is. Great job St. Ives team!

Having an ABSOLUTE blast at St Ives!! The Lazy River is so relaxing and the park vibe is unbeatable. The ladies at the front desk always know how to help and the staff at the bar are friendly, joyful, and always ready to serve a great time! Will DEFINITELY be visiting again soon!!
