It is very dated with little apparent interest in any major remodeling or major construction. The weight room smelled. The Men’s room shower and toilets do not drain well. The community hall needs to be remodeled and the kitchen stove is not usable due to being old. There was not enough lounge chairs around the pool. There is only one maintenance guy on staff and though he tries hard it is not adequate. The RV sites are short making it challenging backing into. The Treehouse management and the owners seem unwilling to invest in any improvements. The actual park managers and staff are very good. The location is good. The price is okay for what you get.

Very peaceful, nice staff, we enjoyed our stay for a week. Wouldn't mind coming back, we enjoyed this place. The dog area was clean and kept nice, maintenance does a superb job.

2022 was our first year at Springhaven. Friendly people that own places there. The staff was friendly and helpful. I liked it so much I bought a place .

We really like staying at Springhaven. Great location, friendly park residents! Fun to walk the streets for nice exercise. Love that they take an RV reservation for “only” one month but we anxiously waited for that approval by management. We plan to be back next year!

This is going to be our 7th year as snowbirds here! We rented at first, but bought our own park model 4 years ago. We have loved the people we have met! This has been our main reason for calling Springhaven our winter home. The activity directors here are wonderful. You can be as busy as you wish. Lori and Suzanna have been a wonderful addition. It is great having managers for more than a few months. They are great at what they do! If anyone is looking for a park, they most definitely should consider Springhaven!
