We have been here since June 1st and it has been a great experience. There has been new management since being here and they are even better at hospitality. They keep the place clean,in side and out. They have a nice clean laundry. A have a rec room with relaxation. Plenty of outside sitting and a large outdoor kitchen free to use. The staff was very helpful during hurricane. They are only 11 miles from MD ANDERSON straight shot. If I was to come back to Houston I would stay here for sure. Hats off to the girls here for an outstanding resort. It is gated, very quiet and safe.

This is a clean, well-maintained RV campground. It has needed amenities. Nice swimming pool, grills in good condition, and cute little lake. Has a large building with contain exercise equipment, pool tables, couches and chairs. Also has eating table, TV and a good view of the lake in this air-conditioned building. There are clean restrooms with showers. Ideal place to put away everything for quiet relaxing stay. All for a reasonable price. Will use it again.

I stayed in one of their park models for over a year and loved it. The place is quiet and parking is right next to the unit. They cleaned it weekly and washed the towels and sheets and remade the bed. The current management is the best they have had in my time there and are working to make it even better.

I love this location it is close to work for me, very clean and grounds are well kept and a overall clean resort. The manager karime is very nice and friendly and good to interact with concerning any needs at this resort. All smiles here and I’ve been a long time resident since 2018

I was debating leaving this review. This park is great, it doesn't have all the bells and whistles but a great manager and people and it's safe! My wife and kids love it here. Karime is amazing and goes above and beyond as does the cleaning lady who's name I think is Aida. So sorry if I spelled that wrong. The only reason this park isn't five stars is because of the relief manager from last weekend. I apparently interrupted and argument she was having with her boyfriend who was sitting behind the desk. She then started talking to me and talking really negatively about other employees. Okay fine you want to vent about an employee then do it but not in front of a customer. My friend was going to move here because of the promotion they have going on but when he called she said she didn't know anything about it. If she isn't aware of the promotions then why is she filling in for a manager? Really put a sour taste in our mouths.
