I didn't like that the slides and the playgrounds have insufficient shade cover. I understand the design of the cover is two triangles overlapping each other resembling the Star of David but I didn't understand how that keeps the kids and and facilities cool.

Great place to take your kids and not have to worry about the homeless taking showers in the splashpad or taking naps on the benches. South Tower Park has 2 playgrounds and a splashpad in the middle with large trees to provide enough shade for everybody. It is also in a great location in Summerlin. Restrooms are clean and sanitary. Would definitely recommend this park if you have young children.

Love all those beautiful trees that provide so much shade. Perfect to sit down and picnic. The kiddos have so much fun in the playground. Waiting for the splash pad to be ups and running soon. Plenty of parking always. The restrooms are as clean as a public restroom can be. No hand soap so bring your own.
