Great place to watch fireworks for July 4th or new year. The location is right behind sea world so you have a clear view to see their fireworks. Also able to the big bay boom fireworks, it is a bit far but is clearly visible. Parking is easily available. It is a beach and has facility for BBQ and fire wood.

This is a nice launch ramp, free of charge. Has clean restrooms and outdoor showers and a very large parking area. Easy access to bike trails. It also has a dump facility and a place to wash your boat off. Launch ramp is a perfect incline for launching. It lets you out in Mission Bay. Word to the wise anyone coming here without a trailer even though there is huge amount of open parking spots ensure you only park in a stall designated for a car. You will be ciited.

First time at this place last night with a date and the drinks were strong and cheap however it was about 5:1 men vs women. Not surprising considering the strip club was next door. But most of the women were with someone and the 1 or two single women got flocked by these guys like a group of seagulls descending on an abandoned big Mac, those girls were loving it while the rest of the crowd gawked at the spectacle of young Marines practically falling over each other to get the first pool game. My date and I agreed that our single ladies were pros from next door they worked that platoon into a frenzy and then worked the crowd like it was the Catalina wine mixer. All in all the food, the drinks, the games and the people are definitely worth experiencing. The only regret I had is that we never made it across the street but that will be part two.

It was a cool spot to hang out at. You have to park and then walk to the beach access area. I went at night and there were a ton of mosquitoes, come prepared.
