I’ve been living here for a few months now and Robert and his wife Leona are amazing managers of this quiet property! The laundry room is well maintained, Robert regularly landscapes making sure weeds don’t grow, and he’s helped out multiple times with things we needed to fix, from hook ups to backing in the travel trailer. Any time I’ve needed to contact management, Robert has been readily available, so communication is awesome. Great location, super close to downtown, nice neighbors and it’s safe, too!

I’ve never felt so welcomed and at home. Bobby the manager is absolutely a 10 out of 10. He truly cares about the people in the park like his own family. I had no experience with rv living and Bobby has been around to help in every situation I’ve found myself in need of help. Since I’ve been here (nearly 6 months) I’ve seen Bobby transition the park to an even better place to live. Thanks Bobby for being an excellent manager and making our homes a better place.

I wrote the review below a few months back, but we have a new manager now so I thought I'd add an update. The new manager has been around the property for years handling a plethora of issues. It seems a natural fit for him to be in management and he's doing a superior job. We've lived here since 2017 and never had a problem that wasn't resolved to my satisfaction. It's a small, peaceful park just a hop, skip & a jump (like 3 miles) from The Fremont Street Experience, a slew of good restaurants, nice massage places, and parks for dogs, kids and even just a strolling adult. Everyone I've met while living here is kind. Over the years there have been several managers of the park. It's been an ongoing mission to upgrade the place and improve the quality of the environment which I'm always excited about, although I often struggle to comply, as I tend to hold on to more than I need.😅 I'm constantly working on keeping my space clean & fresh and I'm eager for the summer of 2024 to come cuz we may have a brand new pool! I guess we should get through Christmas first. Lol Anyway, this place has been everything I've needed it to be and I am grateful.

Silver City is a hidden gem in the desert the manager Bobbie is kind and professional easy to speak with .this park has a caring free spirit about it. Which makes it a wonderful place to call home.
