We have stayed at Shoal Creek Campground several times over the past six years and have thoroughly enjoyed each visit. One of our favorite aspects of this campground is the staff, who we believe are essential to a great vacation experience. During our recent two-week stay, we interacted with each staff member and were impressed by their courteous behavior, knowledge of the area, and outstanding customer service. Shoal Creek is one of the most beautiful campgrounds around Lake Lanier. The sites are spacious and not crowded together like those at other RV campgrounds. The park offers a boat ramp with ample parking, clean bathrooms, beaches, a small store, and hiking trails. Overall, Shoal Creek Campground provides a wonderful camping experience.

Lot 67 going in and out the wrong way. Speeding and to many people on the campsite. Loud and noisy.Love staying here but this site is ridiculous. They need more security. They need to tell people to slow down. And go in the write direction.9 cars at one campsite. And seven tents.That ridiculous. I love the staff.But this is outrageous.

This is a great campground *if* you have a camper that’s 35 foot or preferably under 30 feet, ours was way to big for our site and felt like I was going to twist my ankle coming out of the camper or going down the stairs to eat outside. Beautiful view of lake Lanier, nice wildlife just needs some updating for safety issues!

We camp at alot of Georgia's camp ground. So far this is our least favorite camp grounds. The park is quite large. But the camp spots at very unlevel, also the pavement is breaking up. Most of the camp sites that we saw the picnic area to camper spot was at differant levels also alot of trip hazards. As I was coming into the camp ground their security gate came down on my truck causing damage. They say the cameras do t show the gate hitting my truck I asked to see the footage and was told no. So I guess I have to fix my vehicle. So that was a pluss to going here.
