I was going to rent a small space to park my home on wheels, yet the manager did not want to issue a receipt when I gave her the deposit. She did not give me a receipt for the credit check report or a copy. My deposit was refunded, immediately. I am not very happy how this place conducted business with me. I am going to the beach to see how much and how it is to rent a space.

Saw a lady get kicked in the face by her husband called the police she denied everything they left but can confirm is a terrible place to live we had a fridge outside and little kids would steal food from it we made it as nice as we could but arguing couples would ruin any good times and weird neighbors tweaking all the time

It was a nice park until pama management bought it. Now it's a terrible place to live. Drug's and theift. ☹️ It use to be Shady because of all the beautiful trees., but they got rid of most of them now it's just Shady. I am so anxious to get out of here.
