I have to say I love living here. The move in was amazing. I have lived at two of the properties Chris manages. He is a great guy. If you don’t like being told the truth then don’t live here.

I have become very disappointed and disillusioned with Shadow Mountain and this is directly due to the top manager, Chris, whose "In Charge" of the place. Now there has been a couple of instances when I've had to go to him but never with good results. But today just really ticked me off. I have asked several times this year to have my driveway replaced which I was told that could be done. Now all of a sudden I'm being told I could have my driveway replaced but they would rip out the other asphalt one, that came with this lot, because we are technically on a double lot, which I didn't ask for, but thankyou. Now this is the reason I was given why I now can't have two driveways...and if that doesn't make since to you, thank you, me neither. I'm not asking them to touch the asphalt driveway. So why would Shadow Mountain want to waste money on tearing out the asphalt driveway? I told him it sounds like you are being retaliatory and , of course he told me he wasn't. Hes always finding a way to get out of doing anything. I've also, run into same issues, like others that have posted, calling and not getting a call back or if they did, no message. I've got a neighbor who says they've been complaining about a tree that either needs to be trimmed or removed, for years. Chris always ends with come to me if there's any other issues...WHY? ...You never do anything to help. No good review from me!

Honestly I don't know what to think. We moved into a 55 park and suddenly it isn't anymore. What can we do. What actions can be taken. We have a contract/lease. I just don't know anymore. I am at a loss here. In response to Alec Summer, you don't know me at all. I don't walk all over with my dogs because I don't have dogs. Also, if I don't have a bag I have asked the homeowner. You must be a special friend to Christopher Love by trying to insinuate this is a bogus complaint because if you ask anyone, who goes to the dog park, they'll know that someone with big dogs and little dogs is not cleaning up after their dogs. So you see, you don't really know me do you? Ask anyone on my street and the surrounding streets, I pick up my dog poop. Who picks up yours? Certainly not your wife, you are obviously special. So let's cut the poop. You come to my place, tell me to my face the dog park isn't filthy. We can go together and take a looksie...take a walk with me one evening around the park. together we can see how dark the streets are sill. The streets need brighter lighting. There are so many dark spots where you can't see if there is anyone lurking. There ARE more and more young people here. No one is a bother but when Chris L. advertised on Facebook that we have safe streets for the CHILDREN to ride their bikes on, then it's a problem. And yes, I saved the post. My business isn't really any of your business. If you know me lets get together and talk. It's about quality. Not defending a friend with some misguided, made up, tales to try to discredit another's concerns. Have a good day.
