I wish I could live here full-time! This campground is very nice, right on the lake and not far from Nashville. Super affordable. Lots of great shade at every site. Very quiet here, the bathrooms here are very clean and well taken care of. The showers have great water pressure. The little beach is nice and there is a boat ramp and boat dock. At some of the sites, you can pull your boat right up to it. Will definitely stay here again. only minor downside, no sewer hook up at each site.

We came through here on our way to North Carolina. I was so impressed with the beautiful campground. We had a huge patio at our site. The lake looked very nice and well kept. I highly recommend this place as a stop over or stay for a bit and enjoy the scenery. I am definitely keeping it in my list of favorites for the next time I come this way.

This place is awful, Clean;but awful. I read in a previous review "this place is not pet friendly AND staff is too stern for no reason." Both of those statements are ABSOLUTELY true! If your dog barks, they want you gone. Too many people LIVE in this campsite. Rendering most of the lake front campsites ALWAYS occupied and the people aren't there for leisure,,,,this is their home. Which is not fair for families that just want a weekend getaway at a recreational park. The bathrooms were kinda far and always full, which was not ideal and the beach and camp is nothing but rock. The older lady attendant with the short white hair that rides around in a golf cart. Is just a trouble making snot! Definitely won't be back.

So my wife and I live in Atlanta and decided to check out multiple campgrounds on this lake while visiting our son in Nashville. We usually bring our motorhome up and stay at the KOA but thought it would be nice to stay over on the lake outside of town. Everyone on the lake was very nice and accommodating giving us info and allowing us to make a quick ride through their campgrounds except the old lady at this park. I have never in my life experienced such rudeness . Before I could finish introducing myself and telling her what we were doing her rude mouth opened like a barking dog while her husband cowardly hide behind her. If my wife spoke to someone like that I would real her in so quick her head would spin and she would do the same with me. Becaware the devil her self is working the gate. Plenty of other nice places to go on this lake!! Stay somewhere else !

I didn’t give a rating for the rooms or location; however, I will caution anyone interested in this campground. The older woman working at the guard post was incredibly rude to my parents, who were only wanting to drive through the park and possibly see the site because they enjoy camping and have for several years. This older lady basically said that the park is only available for this drive through Monday thru Thursday. Additionally, “they” meaning the 7 Points community, does not “fool with” anyone else who cannot come during that time. I’m extremely angry but I kept my mouth closed. She is a senior. She was wrong in her approach and having served, I am use to people being completely rude. I would not recommend this location. Do as you please though but at some point this kind of behavior, regardless, cannot be tolerated. You do not speak to anyone like this regardless.
