I went there for a customer service call that customer happened to be the manager of the trailer park he was a really nice gentleman and he was very pleasant to work for

If I could give negative 4 stars I would. This is the worst place Ive ever lived! The owners an secretary Jennifer are completely lazy and careless about every issue. The do not address the conditions of the homes or property. My home was infested with ants and squirrels even at one point and nothing at AT ALL was done about it! They will not take responsibility for anything at all even if it's by law. And they will do everything they can to keep every penny and you will NOT regardless of the terms you follow, receive your deposit back. They're con artist and thieves! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

Great, quiet place to live with kind neighbors. Grass consistently kept cut and dumpsters emptied. Nothing fancy but really large yards and reasonably priced.

Nice friendly park😁 It's clean, nice neighbors, just did new paving on road!!!🙂👍💯💥 Affordable rent, awesome management 👏 We also offer rv space for rent that includes laundry room with showers for rv tenants only no outsider please 🙂 Come see us here!!!
