The property is kinda old, and it shows, but the rooms were clean, and everything worked just fine. The owners are new and young (as of my stay in march 2024). They are very helpful and kind. If you have any inconvenience, they will at least try to help and accommodate you. Some people say it's in a bad part of town but I stayed there for 2 weeks almost, without a car, just RTA and nothing bad happened, even carrying my shopping at night. The bus even leaves you almost at the gate. And if you are in a car, the parking lot and rooms are gated, so you should be fine. Yes, it's a little far, but for the price, it's really worth it

Location is in the SHADY PART of NO. Homeless people and Street Walkers (yes street walkers) are visible everywhere around the property. The room, on a scale of 1 to 10. A big 0! The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, We didnt even use the shower facilities and we drove 8 hours ughhh everything looks very dirty, We had a 2 night stay in NO we moved to another hotel the next day. We had booked it online so we gad no clue until we got there.It also has decent reviews on the website ,?? 🤔 The property owner was a very nice man and the property is gated. That is the only thing that it has going for it. Trust me this is not a comfortable place to stay in any form. We slept in our clothes .. We were uneasy all night we couldn't wait to get out of there.

Was there on a hotel expense paid trip and I don't think they could have picked a cheaper option. Room was not thoroughly cleaned, and the bedsheets and towels were stained. Wouldn't pay to stay here, but security seems alright. Gated entry gives the feeling of safety.

From the outside the place looks kind of dingy but I promise it is well worth it inside the rooms. One of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed at. The service was kind and quick and the rooms are spacious with a great AC unit and cable TV! I missed cable. Bed was comfy and I have absolutely no complaints. Thank you!!

Fairly decent. Nightly or weekly rentals. Not the cleanest or best but the staff is great. Its gated. The area isnt the best but were here for work not vacay. Shopping (walmart, winn dixie, dollar stores) and Fast food are close. Very close to the Lakefront (beautiful), airports, 1nterstate, and dowtown new orleans (10mins). Weve been here 3weeks even during christmas holidays. Rates never changed. Rooms have kitchenettes. Some roo.s nicer than others. Laundry on site. Vending machines dont work. Ice machine doesnt work. But staff is accommadating. Eager to make guests happy & comfortable. Best rate in town for weekly. If youre looking for 5star rooms- look elsewhere. If youre looking for 5 star staff and location.... this is your place.
