I have lived here for 8 years and have never been so disappointed with management since Cobblestone took over. We couldn't get our palm trees trimmed until January, which is usually done in july, and you can see from my pictures that they're going to be need trimmed again. However that really doesn't matter, since I can't use the pool until they're done with renovations. Yes you heard me, no pool all summer! Not to mention they took away all of our amenities, including the laundry room and Library. This was all due to poor management since they closed everything and got rid of everything before their permit was even approved. I feel sorry for anybody that is coming in from out of state, that thinks they have a pool and laundry room in clubhouse to go to. Even the new barbecue area, that they had recently opened for public use, is now yellow ribboned off as well. Oh and did I mention they just keep raising our rent?

I’ve lived here full time for over 4 years but have been coming here for visits since 2000 and this place is always so friendly and everyone is a helpful nice neighbor.

I live here, not a safe area, however: inside park is safe, I walk my dogs at midnight in the summer and never worry about my safety. It is very seren and quiet. Recently became a cobblestone community and they are working very hard to upgrade everything within the park. I look forward to all of the wonderful changes. Everyone is very friendly it is easy to make friends, but very private if that's what you prefer. we live in a double wide and have loads of space around our place. The reason only four stars is due to the change in ownership and some difficulty and personal ability to get used to change. however: I know these changes will be very exciting and very nice once they are done. I'm sure at that point this will be 10 star Community looking forward to it very much. Thank you for reading

This location bought out by Cobblestone community which has closed all amenities except for the green pool and hot tub, yes it is green! Now come Jan 1, they will be raising the rent in some cases by as much as $200 a month. This location is destined to be closed, leveled and prepared for apartments or townhomes. DO NOT BUY HERE!

Older Mobil Home park but quaint and quiet. Driving through several times at differy times of the day and night gave me a glimpse of this layed back quiet living.
