Over crowded. Too much violence. Mixed gang groups. Gun shots. No parking. Clogged toilets. Be safe!

I lived here 1952-55. It was great fun then....very clean, well kept, friendly neighbors. I spent many hours riding bikes, etc. There was a drive-in theatre near the park but all we could do was try to lip-read. Many fond memories but I can tell that 70 yrs. has taken it's toll on the park. Sad to see. We lived in Trailerville and Bell Haven prior to Rovell.

I give it two stars because I don't want say that this is not a pleasant place to live. But from the exterior, it looks like a refugee camp. The homes/trailer homes are very small, and the roads look like they were carpet bombed by bomber planes. Some small trailer homes are divided into smaller even more efficient units. If you're looking for very cheap rent, then this is the place. I will say that anyone who was born here, can truly say that they come from humble beginnings.

Very nice to place to live , there are pros and cons like any other area but we are a strong community . Rent is very affortable about 550 when you own your own trailer.

This is an excellent park to chill at. On a warm day, people just gather here to play table tennis, paint, play chess, sit and watch the people passing by, get a drink or snack on something.
