Best trailer park I've lived in because it's kept clean and neat. Big pool. Workout room. Good clubhouse and community programs like bingo, cards, dancing, arts and crafts. Also free donuts and coffee on Wednesdays. Security gates. Nice!

Mary and all the staff at the park were awesome. I stayed there for a year and a half and had no issues with the local staff. There is a corporate office in Colorado called American Families whom just love to take advantage of the elderly and people on fixed incomes, the local staff is micro managed by Colorado and have no control over the property. I would stay again even though I know of the corporate issues. The property is safe and secure clean and well maintained. If Colorado would spend a little money on it it would be the best park in town. It is very pet friendly.

I went to a birthday party and everything was nice. It started getting warm, and apparently, only the office had control over the ceiling fans, and the office was closed.

Never answers the phone or returns calls. After reading the reviews I'm glad I never moved there. I have an aunt who is handicap and didn't last long there. I'm starting to get a feeling why.
