Spots have better views of the lake & are mostly level with electric & water hookups. Cute wildlife like quail, lizards & birds & sometimes donkeys. There is a steep hill you can hike down to fish but not very level area to sit or stans. Very rocky uneven ledge with only a few spots to fish from at the bottom of the hill, but water seems shallow. Better to drive & find a level spot near a drop off.

Beautiful views of the lake from many sites. Nice covered concrete picnic tables. Electric and water hookups. Lots of places to explore within the rec area and nearby blm land. Nice boat ramps with ample parking. Many restrooms. Showers available in campgrounds. This is our second visit and would come back again:) Cell signal is decent. Shopping 20 minutes from camp.

It has nice scenery, great cell phone reception, is pretty clean. I don’t know if it’s a lack of cleaning or just some slob ahead of me but the shower had soap scum on the walls , hand bars and seat

Proceed with caution…Out of state visitors are not welcome at this campground. We encountered three issues during our stay: - homeless encampments were all over these sites - one of the local drug addicts stole our power cord, water lines, and water filter overnight - staff were rude and seemed to dislike out of state individuals To top it all off, when asked for a full refund…they only refunded $100 out of a $450 reservation fee. We did get it sorted, but seems like a shady establishment all around. PS: your neighbors will look like this pic instead of the one on their website. There are much better places to stay in Maricopa County. Best of luck in your adventures friends!

This is our first time at this campsite. The scenery is beautiful, it's very family-friendly, and the camp hosts are great. We didn't know where to dump of our RV black water, and they showed us where to go. We will definitely come back next time.
