I have loved this place for years. Although this year, the ATVs and 4 wheelers seem a bit bold. I thought it was illegal to use those there. Still, the playground stays busy, the restrooms are usually fairly kept, there are water fountains, and if you walk alongside the river, the woods are beautiful. I was really bothered though, the last time I was there. It used to have a beaver that had an underground burrow to the river, and plenty of raccoons,birds,squirrels.... But it seems the ATVs may have driven them off.

It's a nice park. There is a playground for kids and a boat dock for boating. There is also a paved walking trail. We take our dog up there early in the morning so there will be less people.

Great place to take the kids and let them unwind. As well as sit on one of the swings while the kids run around in the water sprinklers enjoying the Sun and the slides. Plus you got an amazing view of the Ohio river right at the edge of the waterfront. Enjoy and have fun!
