Quiet & well kept RV Park. The owners are very responsive and friendly!! Each of the 5 RV sites were clean and spacious in between. The large concrete pads at each site, with a table for 8 and 2 lounge chairs, were a plus. Loved having two river entrance options. 'The Beach,' which has a crushed granite entrance & shallow enough for our Labrador to stand. 'The Dock Bay,' which was a small private spot, with Adirondack chairs, is shallow enough for a human to stand, but too deep for our Labrador to stand. We truly enjoyed coffee in the mornings & cocktails in the evening out there watching the boats with skiiers go by. We brought our own kayaks, but you can also rent them easily there. Kayaking on the opposite side of the river, where it was shady & peaceful, was one of our favorite things to do. If you want a night off from cooking, the park is close to some great restaurants as well. Enjoy!!

This is a very small RV park on lake Austin ( 7 Transient/short stay sites) at the bottom of Steiner Ranch. It is immaculate. Full hookups, some restrooms at the small marine across a lovely green. Lots are level. I will willingly come again. Great for boaters

What began as a self imposed screw up turned into a 5 star experience. You see in June of this year I reserved an RV spot at Riverbend a week before our date. I thought I had the best of luck. I spoke to Andrea twice the week of and thought everything was great. However I had booked on-line and mistaken the dates for June instead of July. So we show up on Friday, set up RV and have a quiet evening. We get up the next morning and take a kayak trip along the beautiful Lake Austin banks.(damn those boats) Anyway a young female comes paddling up to us and tells us the owner needs to speak to us right away. We head back and I call her on the cell. Andrea answers and tells us the spot is already reserved for Saturday. I erupt and go into crazy man mode. Andrea remains calm and polite. She looks up my reservation and it was for July 19-21 not June 21-23. My bad but at that moment in the kayak, I'm not so reasonable and like a typical pig headed male I allowed my anger to get in the way of my reasoning abilities. But Andrea remained calm and professional. She offers those July dates for free and refunded the Friday night. That calmed me down by the time I returned to the bank and met Andrea. We had to move and find a one night opening at another RV site down 620. (Old and longwinded) So the weekend was salvaged and we were fine and besides a free weekend in July. But as the days and weeks passed, my wife was harping on me about the fact that the whole thing was my fault to begin with and Riverbend shouldn't take the financial blow for my incompetence. So to end the guilt assault and to salvage a 35yr marriage I called Andrea and told her the snafu was my fault and we were going to pay for the weekend and added a day to our trip which she was able to accommodate us. Riverbend is fantastic. It's very clean and the grounds are well maintained. A very safe location and reasonably priced with excellent management. We've stayed before and will continue to stay in the future. The moral to the story is not everyone is out to screw you and women probably need to run the world.

Perfect little spot on the lake with a nice view of the hills and the water. Beautiful, large, clean, grassy sites and nice trees. Very clean, each site has full hookups with both 50 & 30amp connections. Nice and level parking too. 10/10!

The hostess was very accommodating and communicative. Nice well taken care of ground, site number 4 was our favourite because it had shade all day. Right on the river, very peaceful. The only thing to note are there are no showers, but still a wonderful place to visit!
