My winter home. Great activities. Hired staff are not always as sharp as one would like. The leaders of craft shops are fantastic and good teachers. I thrive here.

Spent 4 months there last winter. So many activities that it was hard to decide what to do each day. Loved having food trucks come regularly. Great pickleball club and play. Right on the bike trail ( the Loop) and had a key for the back gate to get on it directly. Close to grocery stores, Walmart, Home Depot and Lowes. People are so friendly. Will be back every winter.

I went there to see the garden model railway and it was fantastic. That's not the main reason the RV resort is there but the retirees who run that garden right away and have done a great job and the kids can spend the 45 minutes just trying to notice so it's there. They have a fun little card where you try to find all the interesting items such as the tiger cub etc. Not just the kids but grown ups like to do that too.

Excellent RV park. We were in a quad and loved the grass and old trees. Great people and decent sized sites. Room nearby to park our truck.

Beautiful RV and park model living. *A competent and attentive staff. All day gate staff during winter with minimal staffing during the summer. None during the night year-round but call box available. The park is considered very safe but complaints of bike theft has occurred. Locking up valuables is advised. *Non USPS post office available for stamps and letter drop off. No outgoing packages. Long park stays have mail boxes as an option. Mail room hours vary. *Park has year round heated pool, hot tub and gym. Shower rooms are very nice and always clean. During the summer the water temperature seems a bit cooler, however, this could be refreshing when it's 105* F or hotter. It is a dry heat though. NO HUMIDITY! ! * Large laundry facilities with clothes lines at each location (3 total in winter and 2 during the summer). If the machines fail the office will address the problem ASAP. Call the office or stop on by. They want want the best experience for you. *Free water, sewer, basic cable, household waste and recycling. 3 convenient dumpster locations easily within walking distance. *Landscaped with Seguro, Queen Palms and cati though out. Even an activity pollinator garden to enjoy. Yes, there are bees. *2 large pet areas in the park. Each area has divided pens for large and small dogs with benches. Each area has nice agility pen. Each pet area has a waste bag depot (usually full but bring a spare just in case) with waste containers at each location. No water. Dog wash area near Loop entrance. It is self serve. *Many activities of arts, crafts, billards, cards, athletics and specialty groups exist. Summer activities differ. Winter concerts and excursions available for a fee. Most all activity rooms are open year round 8 am to 10pm. Lapidary and woodshop require 2 people, an attendant and an orientation. During the summer ask at the office for help if a room is closed. Activity flyers are posted year round by the main office and/or in the activities office. Tennis, pickleball and other sports pads for use. *On-site library, grill, outdoor stage and relaxation patio available. *Food trucks frequent during the winter, as well as, a farmers' market. *Aeds on site in major locations. *Sun shade sails in most areas through out the park. *Each RV pad has concrete slab and aluminum picnic table for enjoyment. *Open flame is very strictly prohibited. This includes charcoal and smoking grills. Propane grills okay. *Loose pea gravel through out most RV sites, dog activity pens and trash areas. BEWARE!! The asphalt gets really HOT in the summer! Park is located right on the LOOP. Refundable key deposit required for access. The LOOP is not just for bikes. Use the LOOP to walk to near by restaurants, shopping and entertainment. *Any questions, ideas or request talk to the office, activities office or the friendly people. ***This is not a paid review. I am a 3rd generation RCW transplant and pleased with the park.*** *Why four stars? No place is perfect. **FYI Gorgeous sunrise and sunset daily. Monsoon season brings, almost everyday, downpour rains and beautiful, but fierce, lightening scattered across the city.
