We will definitely return here. The resort is very well run and very clean. Sites are large with good grass space between sites. We arrived during a downpour, and the puddles quickly dissipated after the rain stopped, which I certainly appreciated! Other campers were friendly and respectful. Great experience overall for our 3 night weekend stay in July.

My wife and I are avid RVers and over the past three years we've travelled all over the eastern coast. Raleigh Oaks is one of our very favorite parks to stay at. They have top notch facilities that are always clean and well maintained. The last time we stayed there our cable TV wasn't working well, and they had a worker come to our site within 5 minutes to repair it. Its very easy to get here right as its right off of I95. We just booked another visit for next week, and as always, we are really looking forward to it!

The site itself and ALL amenities were great!! The staff...NOT so much!!! I believe the main culprit was named Kelly. She saw I was almost stuck in a downpour rain puddle and screamed at me for going over 7.5 mph (which I explained why I was closing in on 10mph to make sure not to get stuck). She then proceeded to treat the rest of my family rude with 2 cabins worth of guests, she yelled at everyone except for my husband and advised her displeasure in my arrival. She spoke to my sister about by 14 yr old stepping foot in the hot tub (which would be fine if they also yelled at ANYONE else there who had kids entering as young as 4!!). The 19 yr old son was watching the 10 yr old at the gate and he was yelled at to physically be inside the gate when supervising at the pool. If you can think of something to be yelled (and I DO mean YELLED) at she found a way in the 5 days we were there. Very uncomfortable. I have been here before multiple times and I will NOT be going back! Over $1400 per time we go,....your loss!! I would post the video of her behavior but don't think it's appropriate.

We stayed there a few days ago and were so impressed with the cleanliness, the amenities (2 pools, mini golf, lounge, fitness area, playground and several dog parks!) and MOST of all the managerial staff. We had an issue with our fifth wheel and went to see who they recommended we call to come fix it. JJ ( the husband in the managerial duo) came immediately to look at it . He worked hard in the heat and had it fixed in no time. He refused payment and sent us on our way with a huge smile. We will DEFINITELY go there again!!

My husband and I stayed at the RV site on 6/14 - 16. The after hour check in was organized and easy. The campsite was clean and quiet. They offered fun activities i.e. Musical Bingo and food truck. Definitely deserve/earned the Good Sam rating of 10/10/10!
