Very friendly! Worked with Guadalupe and Lorena, to rent a home and we did all our paperwork Thursday and was approved on the spot, and our lease starts the following Tuesday! So easy and fast! And can’t wait for all the new renovations that are coming to the park including a gate for the front !

The manager I attempted to work with didn't speak English so communication was impossible from the beginning. The receipt was useless and indecipherable. They had English speaking staff there but I was unaware of this until eviction court date! Rude, disinterested attitude. It is listed as an RV Court, with certain perks but it is operated like a mobile home park, again stealing benefits from this category. Illegal management and owners. I loved the area, lots of action, street people okay with me. Namaste
