Pikes Peak RV is a gem that has become a staple in our trips to CO. Cheryl and her team go above and beyond to ensure guests are taken care of. Most of her team has been a member of the Pikes Peak family for years. They all are very pleasant, respectful and extremely knowledgeable about the area. Some say the campsite are tight, however we’ve found Pikes Peak RV campsite is more spacious, clean and easier to navigate then other larger campsites in this area. Bathrooms are very clean & well maintained, laundry is has plenty of washers & dryers, also clean and well maintained. Campsite is next to hiking trail that leads into Manitou Springs and has access to pool and fitness area next door. Great job Pikes Peak RV family, we’ll see you again next year.

We loved our stay so much we stayed 2 extra days! Cheryl and her amazing staff were kind, helpful, friendly and just went above and beyond! Its location can’t be beat if visiting Manitou Springs and being able to ride your bike right out of the park was awesome. The dog parks were great and even though it’s a smaller park it’s beautiful maintained and just a gem! The free root beer floats on Fridays were an added bonus! We will be back!

Spent 4 nights here and had a great experience! The staff were very attentive and personable. We really enjoyed the closeness of everything we wanted to visit. We rode our e-bikes to Garden of the Gods and to the Penny Arcade. Less than a 5 minute ride to each and the trail behind the RV park was easy to access. We were the first to use their brand new dog wash station and it was awesome. For a small fee, they provided towels, a washcloth, soap, a scrubby, and even some complementary dog waste bags. It was very handy! The dog walk area was also nice. They also have very clean restrooms with showers, and the free coffee and tea in the office was a huge plus! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a very well kept and comfortable place to stay that’s close to all the fun!

Very nice people, clean, and convenient to Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. Sites were very tight and jammed. We had one that backed up to the creek which was nice. You could hop on the Mainland bike trail which was nice. Great place if you need to sleep.

We stayed here in our truck camper for two nights and had such a great visit in Manitou Springs. The friendly staff helped us out with the public transportation so we were able to get all over town, without having to maneuver our big vehicle. The bathrooms are super clean and although the sites are close together everyone is nice and welcoming. The stream running out our back door with the ducks was the icing on the cake. Watching them every morning and evening from our window was awesome. Can’t wait to come back and explore some more of this fun town.
