I was a little nervous to stay here at first because of some of the reviews, but I’m glad we did. We stayed over a month and it was great. There is a little highway noise but nothing like I thought it’d be. We were in site 76 the entire time and had a great view of the mountains. The sites are a bit close but because we didn’t have another camper on our door side, we didn’t feel it. The people are great and friendly and my son loved having so many families to play with. The price was a bit more than we feel it should have been. Simply because there is a lack of activities, no playground or pool. But it is close to a really nice park that we rode our bikes to. Loved the gated access to! Didn’t need the laundry room but it seemed nice and clean when I did see it. We will definitely stay again.

Location was a 5 for our stay. The traffic noise might be a factor for some. Huge, wide roadways and sites. Sites are level and well maintained. Facilities clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Only potential negative is water spigot is close to ground. If you have a pressure regulator and in line filter you may need to move some rocks. Highly recommend, especially for short stay, and will return.

Need work on your sprinkler system. Broken and miss directed spray heads. Many trees are dead or have dead branches that need trimming. The laundry is great. Office great too. Staff very helpful. Very efficient in package delivery and organizing. Sites nice and level. Parks overall very clean. We had a great time.

I love how there’s not too much greenery so that there’s not a lot of mosquitoes and how they’re always on top of spraying for the weeds and the critters. They are very welcoming of families and dogs, which other campsites were not. Our family feels safe, letting our daughter play with other children in the RV Park because of the security, including the cameras all around the park including the entrance and exit gates. It may be pricey, but that’s everywhere in Colorado. You getting the good bang for your buck.

The service was great and the resort was well maintained. The camper spots are close so I wouldn't imagine it being great for longer stays. The location was great for what we needed but it's far from the highway. It's also right off Powers which is a busy road and we could hear the traffic late night and early morning.
