Park started out nice, has gone downhill in less than a year. They no longer trim palm trees-just another way to save money. Office staff are untrained and inept. When you call to ask when the trees will be trimmed, they say soon. Then they respond to this review by asking you to call the office, where they give us the same old song & dance, yet do NOTHING EVER TO FIX THE PROBLEMS! There are several homeless people roaming around the park, & random people dump furniture at the dumpsters, & now we residents are forced to pay a garbage fee, when before it was included in our space rent. Don't move here, it's the worst park in the valley.

This place is a cesspool of homeless people and drug dealers and drug addicts. It's very unsafe and the management won't do anything to route the people that are doing all the illegal activity. Local police department is aware that the park is a haven of drug addicts and drug activity. Management doesn't appear motivated to get them out, to make the park safe, especially for older people that are living in the park. People that are homeless, and are drug addicts / dealers who don't even meet the requirements to be in the park are able stay at will.

I live at Park Haven my shed was broken into at the first of the year. i would see homeless people running around the park at early morning hours. ever since the manager Gregg took over the park is so much nicer there is no more homeless people running around. the park is much more safer and looks really nice. The manager Gregg has done an amazing job.

We have new management, they are awesome. New owners too. The park is gorgeous. Pools and hot tubs are open 24/7. That's one of the reasons why most of us moved here. It's fantastic. New residence are friendly and fun. We miss our Canadian friends. I've lived here 8 years and absolutely LOVE this park.

The Park is kept clean. The office staff is wonderful, April is a five ⭐ person. The only issue is they have a problem lwith homeless people coming into the park and using the amenities. Which has caused them to shut down all the amenities ie....pool, laundry room, weight room and library at 4pm M - F and closed on the weekends.
