We had a great couple of days in this super quiet campground. We have a 35’ fifth wheel and it was very tight getting in. The lake view was beautiful, close to amenities yet far enough away to be quiet and reasonably dark at night. Nice beach and pavilion area and generally clean bathrooms. Nice playgrounds for the little ones and many folks walking on the paths and playing basketball. The water pressure was very good and the water was tasty. We arrived early and although the campground was virtually empty we were required to wait until the check in time of 4:00 to park. Please reconsider your 4:00 check in time, many folks with larger rigs prefer to be parked and settled by that time.

Great campsite for small groups. We had 60+ people including kids and adults spread over 2 camp sites. The sites are clean and restrooms are very close. It is also close to the lake for a simple hike You will not have access to any power in the group sites

Stayed on Loop #2 for a couple of days. Loop #2 has 30amp & 2 120v RV/camper hookups plus water. Bathrooms & showers were as expected, cleanish. Loop #2 has a bath & shower facility, even though it's not on the maps. Planning on coming back soon!

Beautiful sites but that’s all I really liked about it. I have been full time in my camper for years and have saw many places. This place is nice in your site but if you have to use the bathhouse or leave early in the mornings, this is not the place for you. The conditions of the bathhouse felt old and dirty. It was also the coldest shower I have ever had anywhere. The water pressure was low making the shower feel even colder. Your hand has to be in front of the sensor to make the water run so very hard to wash with two hands if you want running water. Again, super cold water that you can’t control or make hotter. I think it would be fine for a weekend but not any duration any longer than that. If you have to work and leave early, the gates are locked and you can’t get out. I’m sure it has its advantages but from 10pm till almost 8pm, you have to be inside the recreation area.

I’ve been to this campground a few times now and it’s been great! There’s tons of space so neighbors are never a problem. It’s right next to the lake as well which makes swimming and kayaking easy. The rangers and camp hosts are awesome and it’s very clean too!
