USE to be nice place. Now is WORST managed place I've EVER seen in all my life. The Manager obviously is not qualified, to do job properly, rude, disrespectful, treats residence like criminals and trash. I used to live there but was able to escape the disaster place has become. A 3rd of spaces empty and stay empty for a reason. When new victim tenant is able to get in contact with manager to move in, move out just as soon as possible. The gated community is a inconvenience rip off. 24/7 Security patrol (not even) they're disgusted with the way the place is managed and useless. So blessed not to live there anymore.

I'm a care provider for a resident. I cant believe that the owner and manager able to get away with what they do. Safe and secured NOT... gated entrance not set up right my disabled client has to walk to gate use card to let me in is too ill to be doing this. Residents cant get out if dont have card. Security drives in 2 times a day and to fast to see. Manager rude. Never able to call and get a hold manager leave message but they never return call. Overcharge pge. So many more problems to list. BAD PLACE.

I really enjoyed living here for almost a year and a half. The manager who started just before I got there was very helpful. I never met the owners, but while I was there they made many improvements to the lighting and roads. They even put in a security gate! If I move back into my trailer, would definitely put it at Parkview MHP.

Well I've lived here going on 3 years my overall expierance has been very warm and welcoming everybody mines their own but willing to help if need be manager does her job well and is very attentive to residents needs.a lot of the times goes out of her way to do so. I give it 5 stars

Was only going to stay for 3 months. Have lived here for 4yrs. Was about to leave in late 2017, when the Park got fantastic new Ownership and Management. The last 18 months have been exceptional with all the upgrades: Brand new Security Gate 24/7 Video Surveillance throughout the park 24/7 Security Patrols Locking mailboxes Secure laundry facilities Water/trash included Spaces are available for Single-wide Mobile Homes, Travel Trailers & RVs. 6 month+ lease required. Parkview Mobile Home Park is an established, friendly, clean community near Roeding Park, eateries, & the Fresno City Chaffee Zoo. Easy access to the bus routes, highways, & downtown Fresno. Call for a tour. Worth the look!
