Nice family park. Lots of kids running around everywhere. The Internet is OK. Full hook ups are nice. The train can be a little bothersome, depending on how close you are to the tracks. There is a nice big park adjacent to the RV park where your dogs can run around and a lot of people go from the surrounding area. The park staff was polite and helpful. My freshwater tank blew a line overnight and drained which they weren’t happy with but did not penalize me. Just a couple blocks away from the Beach! No dogs allowed at the beach.

The best part? This campground is practically on the beach! We were just a short walk away from the sand and surf. (Bonus points for the cute little cafe right on the beach - perfect for grabbing a snack with a view.) The campground itself was clean and well-maintained. The staff at Paradise By the Sea were fantastic. They were helpful, friendly, and always available to answer our questions. Just a heads up that there are train tracks near the campground. The sound of trains could be a bit disruptive, especially for light sleepers. The campground offers a variety of RV sites, but it's important to note that some can be on the smaller side. If you have a large RV or enjoy ample space to spread out, be sure to inquire about the dimensions of the site before booking. Our site, the 62, was at the corner and big enough to keep car and rig at the lot.

First of all let me say that the property is beautiful and clean and the staff is very friendly very family oriented lots of things for the kiddos to do. Now for the negative the sites are very small there is just enough room for your trailer and a picnic table. They do have bigger sites but for more $$$. The path way to get to Buccaneer Beach is a little sketchy we saw a few homeless people walking down the same path it really made my wife uncomfortable. The park is nice but again alot of homeless people sleeping on the grass. As for the beach don’t bother going very small area with sand and a lot of river rock between the sand and water. You actually have to climb down a steep hill of rock to get to the water. We ended up driving a few miles down the road to a nicer beach. Also be prepared to hear the train that goes by a few times during the day and night. We had our A/C unit on during the night so it wasn’t to loud. Overall I will definitely be back next summer.

Neat and clean RV resort. This family-owned park shows pride of ownership, so well cared for. Common seating areas with fire pits, clean hole, ping pong. 5 minutes walk to a small beach area. Close enough to coffee shops and restaurants and a short drive to calendar. The sites are kept very clean. Mine was paved. I was in the "Island" area. Those doors are tight. No shade. Good AT&T service, so-so Wi-Fi unless you go into the office where it's much better.

Stayed a week and wish I could have stayed longer. Clean facilities and friendly staff. My sons spent a lot of time in the game room playing pool and ping pong. Beach access is extremely convenient and there are several restaurants nearby if you don’t feel like cooking. Definitely will be staying here again.
