Everyone that lives here is a stuck up Karen but I guess most boomers are. manual laborer here working and some guy comes up complaining about my vehicle but I wasn’t blocking any driveways or anything he just didn’t like it. Ok. Be fr you live in a trailer park with your stuck up desert leather 500 medication bottle having selves! Y’all so bored you have nothing else to care about but someone who works hard for their money parked in front of your TRAILER.

I just want to point out this complex is so large, I spotted it from a space-level view of google earth, and had to zoom in to see what was going on here. I don't know anything else about it, but kudos for building a neighborhood so vast and white that it stands out from 200 miles up

Area is well kept up. Has alot to offer their residents. You can pull in your motor home and stay as long as reserve the time. Staff are very polite and kind. Lots area reasonably good size. Always renewing the places in the area. Great for 55+ population.

We reserved a space 3/22 for Jan and Feb of 2023. The office people helped us find a lot that would accommodate our motorhome, car trailer and car. When we arrived today, that lot was not available. We were given a different lot and told we could pay extra to store our trailer. We said we shouldn’t have to pay extra because of the arrangements that were previously made. The lady told us they don’t guarantee spots. We were treated very poorly, made to feel like liars and in the end, the owner came out screaming at us and told us to get off his property. He didn’t want “our kind” living there. WOW!!

First, the folks at Palm Gardens are excellent; the staff are very friendly and helpful; and most of all they are a fair and respectful operation. That said, it is just nice living there as the grounds are well kept and they take good care of the place. I feel like family living there. :-)
