Very nice experience staying in a tiny home in a beautiful location. RV park was clean and very well maintained. Our accommodations were clean and inviting. I would definitely return for another visit.

Really wanted to like this place and for the most part it was ok. We were not warned that there would be terrible flooding, of which our neighbors told us happens often. My car sat in 6-8 inches of water for 4 out of the 7 days because we had nowhere else to park it. We had to wait to put our shoes on until we were in the car. The air conditioning didn’t really keep up - most of the time the inside temp was about 85- we refrained from cooking inside because it made it way too hot. There were bikes on the property that we were excited to use but they were too rusted and in poor conduction- totally unusable. It was nice to have kayaks on the property although one had a broken back support. Overall the unit was decorated nicely although the white sheets had staining on them. The location is great we will definitely come back to Sandbridge beach, but will likely stay somewhere else.

Location was right across the street from public beach access and on the cove north of Little Island park and Back Bay wildlife refuge. Lots are very close with little privacy but neighborhood was very friendly, quiet and good for families.

Though we have stayed at this resort previously, they delayed crediting us for a recent cancellation, long past what was appropriate, even though we had given more than a month's notification of our need to cancel our reservation. They must be having cash-flow issues!

Rented a spot for a couple days. Most of the spots are long term mobile homes so I would not really say this was an rv Campground although it was beautiful and our spot was amazing. We have a 36 ft toyhauler and we got it in but it was not easy!
