Hostess with the mostest!! Awesome place to spend some quality time when RVing. Fully stocked lake with an island, beautiful sunset views, gazeebo for relaxing, and although its a country setting, your close to major shopping.

Lived here for two years, was very accommodating to pets and extremely responsive when there were any issues. Constantly improving, super clean, quiet, and a great spot just outside of the city lights but conveniently close enough to yukon and el reno. Would always recommend to anyone looking to pass through or stay long term!

Horrible the lady was extremely innopropriate she came banging on my door screaming an yelling at me an my child. She had her kids trying to threaten me if I wasn't gone in an hour. There is no wifi no showers no laundry, extremely over priced the grounds horrible you can't get a trailer level. The water was dirty brown the whole time and the sewer was starting to clock wouldn't recommend this place to a dog. She came out in a sparkling mini dress with pink lipstick curssing and disrespecting me an my family this place was a joke
