Safe to say my girlfriend loved our stay here and did not want to leave! From the moment we arrived, it was clear to see the staff was personable and welcoming. The park is gated which makes it feel very safe, and the location is away from the main highway so it was quiet. The site we were given was very accommodating. Extremely clean bathrooms that were never crowded, but definitely overly quiet for anyone who may be bathroom shy. All the amenities that you see listed on their website are there and excellent - we personally loved the popcorn machine, free water/ice, pool table, and computer room. Unfortunately the pool and jacuzzi were out of service due to the recent hurricane, but hopefully next time as this is definitely a place we recommend and wish to come back to. I can picture my small family staying here for both short-term and long-term stays!

This may be the cleanest RV park/resort we have ever visited. No trash visible, neat sites, not even any doggie poop around. We had a nice pull thru site that was long enough for our 45’ plus car. Water front sites would not have held both easily but they did hold a big Prevost - just no room for the toad. Mostly long term campers. Friendly staff, reasonable prices. Not the most convenient location but not that far off the highway. If you are coming from 45, make sure your GPS routes you via 1960. The alternative route has two very rough railroad crossings.

I’ve been in O&G for 25+ years and being so, have traveled extensively; 74 countries and 49/50(Hawaii). Northlake RV park is by far one of the finest facilities I have had the pleasure of parking my camper. From the property manager, Mrs. Kelley, to one of her top assistants, Alison; the service here is beyond warm and welcoming on top of responsive and willing to go the extra mile. I normally don’t post reviews, but in this case, I am compelled to share the experience anyone will have here at a minimum. Truly a jewel of Houston

We stayed here March 2024 and had a fully paid for reservation for August 2024. When we arrived to celebrate our grandson's 6 birthday, we checked in and went to our site, began setting up. Then the young office girl that checked us in came on her golf cart and told us we could not stay because we had a pop up camper. We told her we stayed 3 months ago with no trouble. We asked if she would check to see if the manager would make a one time exception. She said she already said "no exception". This put us in a huge bind after driving 7 hours and having to find a place last minute. I also think it was very cowardly of her to send her young staffer out to tell us. There is nothing on their website or online stating that pop up campers are not allowed. Needless to say we will not be there ever again.

Well starting week 5 with no pool. But no break for the guests in rent cause corporate is so greedy. This place just keeps pushing the decent people away and bringing in lower income trailers. It looks like a rundown trailer park. Section 8 housing welcome here. Don't know what's going on with housekeeping but the restroom is nasty. Stuff in shower floor and on walls. I am so sad to see this happening because I use to be so proud of my home here. Not anymore. The management doesn't have a clue what they should be doing. This place is a dump. Such an unwelcoming place to stay now. You people giving this place 5 stars don't have a clue about full timers living in here. So sad to say but things here have gotten worse. Still have a hostile manager in office . This place is turning into a prison.The best people that stayed here were kicked out and more are going to be kicked out soon. This was the agenda of this management before they even moved in. The group kicked out are better off now. I will soon be leaving the hell hole to. This place is turning into a low income trailer park ,with this manager, it will never be a resort. Trash everywhere broken tree limbs all over. No pool now going on week 3 and we don't get a break on our rent. The mosquito pond has been there for 3 months now with stagnant dirty water because management is too lazy to drain the standing water. They should have trained here before they came here to take over. Just keeps going downhill. But hey upper management thinks these people are doing a great job. LOL !!! Guess when all full timers leave and they have to rely on dailies then upper management might get a clue that these managers are no good. So sad to see my home turned into a dump after living here over 8 years. Well the guests here are great people. The new managers are awfully rude and very disrespectful to guests.This place is gone to hell in a handbag like overnight. The managers make you feel so unwelcome. This has been my home for many years and a Happy home. Now I'm contemplating on moving out because of the unprofessionalism of management. The manager stands at the front door smoking all day. Upper management has scraped the bottom of the barrel for this couple to manage a resort. They can't even manage a trailer park. Maybe someone needs to come train the new managers and housekeeper so job is done right. They don't know what they are doing... They are changing everthing and guest don't know the new rules,send out the new rules so we can comply or they are going to run people out of here.. Well nothing has changed. Manager still very rude and disrespectful. The saddest thing is as a guest we can't use the pool due to the fact that people just come in the gate and use the pool. There is so many kids and people in the pool and the guests here don't even know the people in the pool. It's like a public pool. The manager doesn't even run them out. This is a everyday thing since school let out. We pay a lot of money to stay here and can't get in the pool. This is daytime and adult hours. Something needs to be done about this.NEED NEW MANAGEMENT BADLY. This isn't fair to the people that stay here.
